Lowry M. Lomax
Founding Partner
Lowry Lomax graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in 1971. After his active duty service with the United States Army Reserve, Lowry was a practicing pharmacist in Mobile, Alabama until 1975.
In 1975, Lowry attended the University of Mississippi Law School and graduated in 1977. After graduating from law school, he moved to Pascagoula and began his law career as a staff attorney with the Jackson County District Attorney's Office under future Attorney General Mike Moore.
In 1979 he started this his own law firm and has over the last thirty years successfully represented shipyard and industrial workers who have been affected by exposure to asbestos and other industrial pollutants. Since founding his own firm, Lowry and his firm have represented over 4,000 shipyard workers. The firm has also successfully obtained worker's compensation benefits for those workers who suffered from hearing loss from their exposure to injurious noise exposure at the shipyard and other sites.
Lowry has worked both for the state and the tax payers as well as against the state when it attempted to overreach. He represented both Jackson County, Mississippi and the State of Mississippi in the recovery of money owed to the tax payers for the removal of asbestos from public buildings owned by the County and State. Conversely, in the past few years, Lowry represented over two hundred pharmacies in Mississippi when the State of Mississippi Medicaid Commission attempted to reduce the pharmacy's reimbursement for filling Medicaid prescriptions.
Lowry is a member of the Mississippi Bar and has represented clients in state and federal courts in Mississippi. He has also successfully defended his clients before the Mississippi Supreme Court and federal appeals courts.
Lowry is a member of the Episcopalian Church and has been married to his wife for over 30 years, and is the father of two adult children.
Scott O. Nelson

Scott Nelson is a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast, and the son of a commercial fisherman. He was born in Mobile, Alabama and received his Bachelor of Science from Spring Hill College, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and was a Cum Laude graduate. He earned his Juris Doctor while attending the University Of Mississippi School of Law, where he was a member of Moot Court Board and again a Cum Laude graduate. Scott is member of the Mississippi and Alabama Bar Associations, and admitted to practice before the federal district and state courts of Mississippi and Alabama, and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Scott represents injured individuals in civil litigation, mass tort and complex litigation, and workers’ compensation. He has successfully represented clients before state and federal judges, courts including, Circuit, Chancery, Federal District and Appellate, Multi District Litigation, Administrative, Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission, and Benefits Review Board. He represents clients injured as a result of automobile accidents; defective products, including pharmaceutical drugs; harmful exposures, including asbestos and welding fumes; maritime and offshore accidents; and shipyard and other work site accidents. He enjoys standing up for individuals and families who work hard for a living, and assisting those who feel the judicial system is hardly working for them.
Outside of his law practice, Scott is active in his community and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He has been married to his wife for over 30 years, and they have two children. He is active in the Catholic Church serving as lector, school board president, coach in CYO sports, and booster club officer.

Christopher Lomax
Founder, Lomax Advisory
A Mississippi native and product of Mobile, Alabama, Christopher graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2004 with a BA in Journalism and Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. He spent the following years in DC where he worked in political advertising with the national firm SKD-Knickerbocker. Christopher earned his law degree from Ole Miss Law in 2009. In 2012, Christopher started Aimlistly and earned an MBA from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College where he excelled as an Else and Dean’s Scholar. Later he worked in private equity with Eagle Ridge Growth Partners as lead analyst.
Christopher cut his teeth directly out of law school as a Special Assistant Attorney General fighting for the people of Mississippi. As a Special Assistant to Attorney General Jim Hood, Christopher practiced heavily in the civil rules and motions practice. Further, he has a developed and working knowledge of administrative law, and has worked face-to-face with and against many of Mississippi's and America's top attorneys.
In 2016 Christopher pulled together investors to launch Mississippi's premier startup ecosystem, Mantle. Until its untimely demise by Coronavirus, Mantle. continuously attracted tech startups and new ventures through its co.working spaces and its inc.ubator, and made Mantle. a go-to space and resource for information economy businesses in Mississippi. During his time working in Jackson, Christopher learned the complexities of information economy business from both a legal and practical point of view in his own companies as well as in a number of startups.
Christopher is married to Lauren Cannada Lomax, the father of a two beautiful little girls and a very cool kid, plus the dad to Eli their Brittany. He loves growing, cooking, and socializing with good food, running, a cup of coffee, and spending time in the outdoors - oh, and startups.
